Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by responding to client inquiries and proactively reaching out to potential clients for event packages and shared party nights.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs, providing customized solutions, and delivering outstanding customer service to foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales and events teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials that enhance profitability while aligning with client expectations.
  • Negotiate and finalize client contracts, ensuring that all agreements are beneficial and consistent with company goals, while managing payment schedules and follow-ups effectively.
  • Consistently meet personal sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management by actively managing the sales pipeline, converting leads into sales, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and profitability regularly, identifying trends and areas for enhancement to help surpass sales objectives.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for CH&CO, ensuring a positive brand image is maintained in all customer interactions.
