Job Overview

Epsilon is on the lookout for a Senior Client Services Manager to enhance our customer success initiatives. This pivotal role will involve overseeing a diverse portfolio of esteemed brands, crafting tailored strategies and recommendations that align with their e-commerce objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of customer success professionals.
  • Establish performance benchmarks, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing professional growth.
  • Take ownership of the e-commerce strategy, ensuring effective campaign execution and insightful data analysis for your client portfolio.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and commercial acumen.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and technical account managers to guarantee the quality and timeliness of campaign implementations.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee the client renewal process, from negotiation to contract finalization.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for portfolio expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly performance reviews for clients, focusing on key metrics and strategic recommendations to enhance ROI.
  • Work in conjunction with global departments, such as product development and data analytics, to ensure e-commerce strategies are in sync with overarching business goals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in client management within e-commerce or marketing technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and marketing technology.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a client portfolio with a focus on prioritizing client needs and relationships.
  • A strong drive to expand existing client contracts through strategic partnerships and product upselling.
  • An analytical mindset capable of extracting insights from data to benefit clients.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients effectively.
