About Client Services:

The Client Services team plays a crucial role in driving the creative output of client campaigns. This team ensures the smooth execution of projects and has a helicopter view over all parts of the campaign process, working with expert teams and specialist partners to bring a brand's creative vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate client retention and satisfaction through quality creative output and excellent operational and servicing standards.
  • Source, gather information, and vet creators across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and more.
  • Build strong relationships with creators throughout a campaign cycle and beyond, from outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and contracting to creator briefing, creative concept review, content gatekeeping, content scheduling, and campaign feedback loops.
  • Develop and issue creator briefs, immersing creators into the campaign, and lead day-to-day communications for content development.
  • Review and ensure compliance with ASA and IP regulations, alignment with brief, and quality of content, creating an efficient feedback loop back to creators.
  • Create a posting schedule and keep it up to date throughout the campaign period.
  • Work closely with the Manager on overall campaign success, including updating campaign trackers, timeline management, budget management, data capture, and wrap reports.
