Job Title: Executive Director of Client Services
Job Summary:
Ultimate Asset is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Client Services to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, developing strategic plans, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide strategic recommendations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account managers and client service professionals to ensure exceptional client service and results.
- Commercial Acumen: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services, working closely with other department heads to drive retention and renewals.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Reporting and Analysis: Oversee weekly and monthly reporting, as well as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Performance Contract Agreements (PCAs).
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in a creative agency setting.
- Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
