Position Overview

Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Services Manager to enhance our operations and drive success across our diverse client portfolio. This role is pivotal in developing effective strategies and actionable recommendations tailored to our clients' digital platforms, ensuring they meet their e-commerce objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and inspire a team of customer success professionals.
  • Establish performance benchmarks, deliver constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing professional growth.
  • Lead the e-commerce strategy, ensuring effective campaign execution and insightful data analysis for your assigned clients.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and technical account managers to guarantee the quality and timeliness of campaign implementations.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Manage the client renewal process, from negotiations to final contract agreements.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for portfolio expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly performance reviews, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations to enhance ROI.
  • Work in conjunction with global departments, such as product development and data analytics, to align e-commerce strategies with overarching business goals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in client management within the e-commerce or marketing technology sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce practices, and marketing technology.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and prioritizing client relationships and requests.
  • A strong drive to expand existing client contracts through strategic partnerships and product upselling.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, recognize trends, and derive actionable insights for client benefit.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for engaging stakeholders and adapting messaging to suit the audience.
