We are seeking a seasoned Managing Partner for Client Services to drive senior relationships with key accounts at Ultimate Asset as an executive sponsor. This role requires a strong client services strategic thinker with extensive experience in client relationship management, social video content creation, influencer marketing, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior client relationship leadership across a number of key accounts.
- Oversee and be seen as the most senior point of escalation when required.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client satisfaction and growth.
- Lead and mentor account managers and other client service professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
- Advanced Client Relationship Management Skills - demonstrable in a creative agency setting.
