Job Description

Job Title: Executive Director of Client Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director of Client Services to drive senior relationships with key accounts at Ultimate Asset as an executive sponsor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent account management, client management, and process framework skills as well as a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior client relationship leadership across a number of key accounts
  • Oversee and be seen as the most senior point of escalation when required
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client satisfaction and growth
  • Lead and mentor account managers and other client service professionals
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services

Requirements:

  • Advanced Client Relationship Management Skills - demonstrable in a creative agency setting
  • Leadership experience of being the primary lead on the account with a high volume of product releases
  • The ability to sell in high-value creative ideas to clients in the social and IM space
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and results
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Commercial acumen to help drive recommendations retention and upselling
