Job Title: Executive Director of Client Services
Job Summary:
Ultimate Asset is seeking a seasoned Executive Director of Client Services to drive senior relationships with key accounts and lead a team of client service professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent client relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to plan and strategize how best to manage client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior client relationship leadership across a number of key accounts
- Oversee and be seen as the most senior point of escalation when required
- Develop and implement client service strategies to drive growth and retention
- Lead and mentor account managers and other client service professionals
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services
Requirements:
- Advanced Client Relationship Management Skills - demonstrable in a creative agency setting
- Leadership experience of being the primary lead on the account with a high volume of product releases
- Ability to sell in high-value creative ideas to clients in the social and IM space
- Commercial acumen to help drive recommendations retention and upselling
- Team Leadership- lead and mentor account managers and other client service professionals
