Delivering Delicious Meals to Our Valued Customers

Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Delivery Driver/Picker to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their frozen meals promptly and with exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver frozen meals directly to customer homes, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor throughout each interaction.
  • Accurately pick orders within our cold storage environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and freshness.
  • Utilize a delivery app to provide real-time updates on order progress, enhancing transparency and communication with customers.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information, upholding their trust and privacy.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or delays promptly to the office, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in providing outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations and building positive relationships.
  • Possession of a full UK Manual Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer literacy, comfortable navigating digital platforms and applications.
  • A strong commitment to punctuality and attendance, ensuring reliable delivery services for our customers.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in multi-drop delivery operations, demonstrating efficiency and route optimization skills.
  • Warehouse experience, familiar with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations within a food handling environment.
