Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team at SERVICE HERO CONSULTING LLC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.
- IT Service Delivery: Work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless delivery of IT services, including monitoring queues and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Service Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement and work with the Head of Service and IT Service Lead to implement changes that drive customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored support solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a broad understanding of technology and technical concepts, with a strong analytical and diagnostic skillset for problem resolution and root cause analysis.
Requirements:
- ITIL Foundation Certification: Desirable
- Technical Certification: CompTIA or equivalent desirable
- Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in a customer-facing IT role, with a strong focus on delivering customer-focused presentations and communications.
- IT Managed Service Experience: Experience working within an IT Managed Service environment, with a good general knowledge of end-user technologies.
- Microsoft Products: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, with any experience supporting business applications an advantage.
