We are currently seeking Customer Support Specialists to become part of our dynamic team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a vibrant industry where each day presents unique challenges. You will serve as the initial contact for our clients who may encounter issues prior to their journey or during their stay.

Your daily responsibilities will include delivering exceptional service to clients who may be facing stressful situations, working diligently to resolve their concerns swiftly, ensuring they can fully enjoy their travel experience. This may involve:

  • Modifications to passenger details with airlines
  • Addressing health and safety/welfare matters while in destination
  • Assisting hotels in locating client bookings
  • Resolving airport-related complications

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, spread over 5 days within a 7-day period, from 9am to 6pm.

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • GCSE/'O' levels Grade A*-C/9-4 in Mathematics and English – or equivalent
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient problem-solving skills, with the capability to investigate and identify the root cause of issues
  • Exceptional customer service and administrative experience
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in IT
  • Experience in the travel sector/GDS is essential
