About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver/Picker. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Pick orders within the coldstore
  • Use our app to update customers on delivery status
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
  • Drive safely and responsibly
  • Clean and refuel your van as needed
  • Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
  • Ensure customer confidentiality
  • Assist the office and picking teams as needed
  • Report health and safety, stock quality, and mechanical issues

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service-based role
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
  • Evidence of work stability
  • Basic secondary education

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi-drop delivery role
  • Experience in a care-based role
  • Warehouse experience
  • Health and Safety awareness

Personal Qualities

  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Good attendance and timekeeping

Important Notes

  • You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 3 years.
  • All offers of employment are subject to a Driving Assessment, Driving Licence checks, and DBS checks.
