About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver/Pickup Specialist, where you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
  • Pick orders within the coldstore
  • Use our app to update customers on delivery status
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
  • Drive safely and responsibly
  • Clean and refuel your van as needed
  • Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
  • Ensure customer confidentiality
  • Assist the office team and picking team as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service-based role
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
  • Evidence of work stability
  • Basic secondary education

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi-drop delivery role
  • Experience in a care-based role
  • Warehouse experience
  • Health & Safety awareness

Personal Qualities

  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Good attendance and timekeeping

Important Information

All offers of employment are subject to a Driving Assessment, Driving Licence checks, and DBS checks.

This role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers, and as such, it is exempt from The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a Standard DBS Disclosure.
