About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver/Pickup Associate. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Pick up orders from our coldstore and load them onto your vehicle
  • Use our app to update customers on delivery status and provide exceptional customer service
  • Undertake pre-shift inspection of your vehicle and ensure it is clean and well-maintained
  • Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Report any discrepancies or delays to the office team
  • Ensure customer confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service-based role
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
  • Evidence of work stability and good attendance record
