This position involves direct reporting to the Team Organizer, assisting with all administrative functions within the Revenue, Crime & Enforcement division.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be accountable for various tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Documenting detailed notes and scheduling meetings to support the management team in Revenue, Crime & Enforcement.
  • Managing diaries efficiently.
  • Assisting the team with room bookings and organizing training sessions in collaboration with the resource clerk.
  • Performing routine administrative tasks, including note-taking, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Handling confidential processes, including RSAS accreditation applications and renewals for all accredited personnel within the department.
  • Providing coverage for other team members as directed by the Team Organizer.
  • Maintaining document filing systems that adhere to company standards.
  • Coordinating all necessary periodic medical assessments for the Revenue, Crime & Enforcement team.
  • Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders, external training providers, and relevant organizations.
  • Utilizing SharePoint, TiPs, Excel, Word, and Outlook on a daily basis.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in taking detailed notes and organizing meetings.
  • Proficiency in diary management.
  • Demonstrated experience in routine administrative tasks, including note-taking, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with handling confidential processes such as RSAS accreditation applications and renewals.
  • Experience in maintaining a compliant filing system for documents.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using SharePoint, TiPs, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Background in office administration and accountancy.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Competence in producing detailed, accurate reports from numerical data.
