Revenue and Enforcement Administration Assistant

Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Revenue and Enforcement Team as an Administration Assistant.
The role will be to report directly to the Team Organiser, facilitating all administrative duties within the Revenue, Crime & Enforcement department.
Role Responsibility
You will have a number of accountabilities and responsibilities in this role, that will include but not be limited to:
- Taking detailed notes and arranging meetings to support the Revenue, Crime & Enforcement management team.
- Diary management.
- Assisting the team by booking rooms and organising training supporting the resource clerk.
- Routine administrative, office and other duties including note taking, filing and record keeping.
- Dealing with confidential processes, RSAS accreditation applications and renewals for all accredited staff within the department.
- Covering other team members as directed by the Team organiser.
- Maintaining filing systems of documents, which meets all company standards.
- Arranging all periodic medicals required for the Revenue, Crime & Enforcement team.
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, external training providers, network rail, BTP.
- Using SharePoint, TiPs, Excel, Word and Outlook on a daily basis.
The Ideal Candidate

Skills, experience and Knowledge:
- Have a proven track record in taking detailed notes and arranging meetings.
- Experience in the management of diaries.
- Must have a proven track record in routine administrative, office and other duties including note taking, filing and record keeping.
- Experience in dealing with confidential processes such as RSAS accreditation applications and renewals for all accredited staff within the department.
- Experience in maintaining a filing system of documents, which meets all company standards.
- To be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- To have proven experience with using SharePoint, TiPs, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Office accountancy and administration experience.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft.
- Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines.
- Ability to produce detailed, accurate and thorough reports from numerical data.
