Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional for the department and someone who is looking to begin the journey to explore more Generalist activities and gain experience to move into a more Generalist role at ICU Medical.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Support and Administration
    • Provide primary support to employees and management on HR-related policies and procedures, including onboarding, payroll processing, benefits, and engagement initiatives.
    • Assist with hiring, dismissals, leaves, transfers, and other HR processes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
    • Design, generate, and distribute reports and statistical summaries related to HR metrics.
    • Complete data entry and maintenance of relevant HRIS technology.
  • Employee Relations and Support
    • Provide first-line support to Sr HR Generalist for low-level ER cases, including note-taking, investigations, and advising managers on ER processes.
  • Project Ownership and Coordination
    • Take ownership of projects on an ad-hoc basis, requiring engagement with various HR teams.
    • Assist in the coordination of large-scale organizational changes and provide administration and face-to-face support.
  • Financial Administration
    • Process departmental invoices through company finance systems.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience working in Human Resources - Essential
  • Sound understanding of Outlook and Excel - Essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Essential
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related area - Preferred
  • CIPD qualification - Preferred
  • Employment Law knowledge - Preferred
