Insight Select Ltd is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the reception area, dealing with walk-ins, and responding to switchboard calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
- Respond to switchboard calls, take general messages, and transfer callers to the correct department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Input data into the database and perform general administrative duties as required.
- Support the firm with banking and other financial tasks.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Front Desk Coordinator is highly desirable.
- Experience dealing with switchboard calls and customer service is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A friendly and approachable personality, with a strong attention to detail.
