About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and efficient HR Administrator to join our professional team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including preparing job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Person Specification
  • Level 3 qualification (e.g., 2 A/AS levels, NVQ level 3, BTEC diplomas, certificates and awards, International Baccalaureate diploma) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administrator, Customer Service Specialist, or Team Leader/Supervisor.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, both on the telephone and in person, with members of the public and colleagues.
