Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, absence records, and training records.
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees, managers, and other stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
