Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at CareTech UK. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, ensuring that all vacancies are advertised and filled in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and managing applications.
- Screen and forward CVs to hiring managers, ensuring that candidates meet the requirements of the role.
- Liaise with service managers and employees to ensure that all necessary documentation is received in a timely manner.
- Arrange and send out correspondence to candidates for interviews.
- Update and maintain a resourcing tracker, ensuring that all services are up-to-date and compliant.
- Communicate with hiring managers to ensure that all candidates are progressed through the onboarding stage.
- Ensure that all services are issued with accurate and compliant pro-formas.
- Liaise with managers and employees to resolve any resourcing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
