The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification and previous experience in a recruitment administrative role. They will also have experience working with HR systems, recruitment functions, or standalone applicant tracking systems (ATS), as well as contract types such as Term Time, Annualised, and zero hour.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting job adverts, posting job adverts, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication. They will also manage the recruitment inbox, process applications, ensure compliance with GDPR, and manage pre-employment checks.

Additionally, the HR Recruitment Assistant will provide onboarding support, prepare contracts, assist with inductions, and ensure a smooth transition. They will also liaise with hiring managers, update job descriptions, and align recruitment activities with HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be efficient and results-orientated, and have good time management skills. They will also have experience with Microsoft products and the ability to use them effectively.
