Internal Recruitment Administrator-Coordinator

Premier Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Administrator-Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time and permanent position working for a well-established care company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise all vacancies on internal and external job boards and refresh regularly via our ATS System.
- Respond to all new applications made via our ATS System.
- Liaise with Service Managers & employees to ensure the correct Right to Work and DBS documentation is received within specified timescales.
- Request and chase references verbally and via the ATS System.
- Upon receipt of a DBS, ensure it is documented and filed quickly, retaining it as required in line with Data Protection regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and undertake training as required.
- Attend supervision meetings with your manager and participate in the organisation's staff appraisal system.
Requirements:
- Clear and confident communication skills, a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, coupled with good typing skills and a keen eye for detail, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
