Are you a strategic Senior Human Resources Manager who can lead the HR team, drive recruitment, train & develop staff, and ensure compliance with UK employment law?

You will play a key role in promoting a positive workplace culture, supporting staff well-being, and diversity and inclusion.

We are recruiting an experienced HR professional who is passionate about making an impact in the charity sector.

Senior Human Resources Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations
  • Oversee recruitment and talent management
  • Lead learning and development initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

  • CIPD Level 5 or Above
  • Experience in a senior Human Resources role, ideally within the Charity or not-for-profit sectors
  • Managing recruitment, employee relations and performance management processes
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR Strategies.
  • Supporting Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Experience with Microsoft products and ability to use them effectively

Following the significant growth of the organisation, the HR team needs someone hands-on to support the team operationally whilst maintaining an eye on the bigger picture.
