Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the daily functions of the school office
  • Leading administrative support personnel and effectively assigning tasks
  • Managing communications, inquiries, and correspondence from various stakeholders
  • Maintaining precise records and overseeing school databases
  • Facilitating the admissions and enrollment processes
  • Ensuring adherence to school policies and regulations
  • Assisting in budget oversight, including invoicing and procurement
  • Coordinating school events, meetings, and schedules
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to advance school improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an office management capacity, ideally within an educational context
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with educational management software
  • Understanding of data protection laws and confidentiality standards
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • A positive outlook and commitment to the institution's values

Desirable:

  • Experience with School Information Management Systems (SIMS)
  • First Aid certification
  • Knowledge of human resources and payroll processes
