Colposcopy Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Colposcopy team as a Colposcopy Service Coordinator. This role will play a vital part in coordinating the colposcopy service in east Kent as part of the NHS Cervical Screening Programme.
Main Responsibilities- Manage patient referrals and track progress through the pathway to ensure timely completion of each stage.
- Oversee appointment booking and recording of outcomes for new and follow-up appointments.
- Optimize clinic utilization and monitor capacity requirements within the service.
- Coordinate and attend monthly Colposcopy MDM meetings, preparing agendas, distributing minutes, and ensuring timely action on outcomes.
- Support the Lead Colposcopist in organizing quarterly Colposcopy Operational Meetings, creating and circulating agendas, and taking minutes.
- Validate and run monthly discharge lists for Cervical Screening Administration Service (CSAS).
- Ensure failsafe processes managed by the Colposcopy Administration Team are undertaken at regular intervals.
- Provide line management for the colposcopy administration team.
