About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Colposcopy team as a Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating the Colposcopy service in East Kent, working closely with the operational team and colposcopists to provide an efficient administrative service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage patient referrals and track progress through the pathway.
  • Oversee appointment booking and recording of outcomes.
  • Ensure clinic utilization efficiency and monitor capacity requirements.
  • Coordinate and attend monthly Colposcopy MDM meetings.
  • Support the Lead Colposcopist with quarterly Colposcopy Operational Meetings.
  • Run and validate monthly discharge lists for Cervical Screening Administration Service.
  • Line manage the Colposcopy Administration Team.
