A reputable primary educational institution is looking for a skilled Office Manager to enhance their administrative operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily activities of the school office
- Leading administrative support personnel and effectively assigning tasks
- Managing communications, inquiries, and correspondence from various stakeholders
- Maintaining precise records and overseeing school databases
- Facilitating admissions and enrollment procedures
- Ensuring adherence to school policies and regulatory requirements
- Assisting in budget oversight, including invoicing and procurement
- Coordinating school events, meetings, and schedules
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team to support school improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an office management capacity, ideally within an educational context
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with educational management software
- Understanding of data protection laws and confidentiality protocols
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Desirable:
