Position Overview

At Stanwell Road Surgery, we are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to enhance our practice team.

This pivotal role focuses on optimizing the patient journey within our facility, necessitating exceptional communication abilities, adept multitasking, effective management of tasks, and a positive outlook.

The position is dynamic and requires a composed demeanor, empathy towards our clients and patients, and the flexibility to adjust priorities throughout the day based on service demands.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in the NHS, familiarity with General Practice, and proficiency in EMIS (or TPP SystmOne) and Docman (capable of optimizing/coding).

Prospective candidates must be organized, self-driven, proactive, and exhibit outstanding organizational, IT, and customer service capabilities.

We are a compact yet bustling GP Practice featuring a diverse clinical team, including Nurses, HCAs, GPs, Pharmacists, PAs, and GP Trainees.
