About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Child Health administration team as a Patient Pathway Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth coordination of patient journeys.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of patient pathways, ensuring a proactive and comprehensive administrative process that revolves around the patient's individual needs.
- Work closely with the team to ensure compliance with National Cancer waiting time standards, National RTT compliance standard, diagnostic standards, and internal targets.
- Provide administrative and clerical support for the department, including retrieving and filing case notes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality administration support service, ensuring continuity of the service.
