Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Documenting detailed notes and scheduling meetings to support the management team in Revenue, Crime & Enforcement.
- Managing calendars effectively.
- Assisting the team with room bookings and organizing training sessions in collaboration with the resource clerk.
- Performing routine administrative tasks, including note-taking, filing, and maintaining records.
- Handling confidential processes, including RSAS accreditation applications and renewals for all accredited personnel within the department.
- Providing coverage for other team members as directed by the Team Organizer.
- Maintaining organized filing systems that adhere to company standards.
- Coordinating all necessary periodic medical examinations for the Revenue, Crime & Enforcement team.
- Communicating efficiently with internal stakeholders, external training providers, and relevant organizations.
- Utilizing SharePoint, TiPs, Excel, Word, and Outlook on a daily basis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To be considered for this position, candidates should demonstrate the following qualifications in their application:
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
- Proven experience in taking detailed notes and arranging meetings.
- Proficiency in diary management.
- A solid background in routine administrative tasks, including note-taking, filing, and record-keeping.
- Experience in managing confidential processes such as RSAS accreditation applications and renewals.
- Ability to maintain a compliant filing system of documents.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in using SharePoint, TiPs, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Background in office administration and accountancy.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to generate detailed, accurate reports from numerical data.
