Railway Enforcement Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Railway Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our passengers and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol trains and stations to detect and prevent crime, anti-social behaviour, and fare evasion.
- Issue penalty fares and conduct minor crime investigations, including seizing and preserving evidence and taking crime reports and statements.
- Carry out large-scale ticket checking blocks at stations and reduce crime and ensure the security of our passengers on the network.
- Deal with anti-social behaviour and comply with all company standards and guidelines at all times.
As a Railway Enforcement Officer, you will receive comprehensive training, including physical intervention and conflict management, as well as a nationally recognized qualification. You will also be enrolled in our Passenger Services Apprenticeship Programme, which will lead to a recognized qualification.
