We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead our expanding team. As part of a larger organization, we are a dynamic technology firm providing IT support, services, and solutions, partnering with major global brands.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a liaison between clients and our technical teams. You will manage relationships for a designated portfolio of clients, comprehending their requirements and formulating a strategic approach to meet those needs through appropriate products and services, while overseeing project management to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of clients and fostering trusted relationships.
  • Coordinating and monitoring client review meetings, developing and managing IT roadmaps and risk assessments.
  • Participating in client review meetings, translating IT strategies into accessible language, and presenting to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborating with in-house Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers to understand technical and business needs, transforming them into actionable IT projects.
  • Working with technical teams to outline and estimate project requirements.
  • Managing projects, scheduling resources, and maintaining stakeholder relationships and client communications during new installations and projects.
  • Tracking action items and ensuring timely completion with high-quality standards, in close cooperation with Technical Support teams.
  • Preparing and issuing proposals, quotes, and invoices; ensuring timely delivery of monthly client reports.
  • Collaborating with Project Support to monitor software and hardware renewals for assigned clients.
  • Assisting clients in understanding new technological solutions and their protective measures.
  • Conducting Discovery Audits for new or potential clients.
  • Organizing and leading New Client Onboarding Planning and Review meetings.
  • Providing team leadership and management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Demonstrated commercial and financial insight with the ability to identify business and sales opportunities.
  • Professional demeanor, characterized by openness and trustworthiness.
  • Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing personal workload and priorities effectively.
  • Positive, confident, and outgoing personality with a proactive attitude.
  • Valid driving license.
