Your Role:

Provide essential administrative assistance for logistical operations within the Customer Care Centre. Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with established service level agreements. Manage tasks related to third-party logistics and inventory, including dispatch and return processes. Oversee the creation and maintenance of purchase orders for services rendered by external suppliers. Handle invoice administration for payments associated with logistical operations, including the management of instrument movements and stock returns.

Your Expertise:

Strong organizational capabilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach to taking ownership of daily responsibilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients. A customer-centric mindset with a keen understanding of client needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous, along with experience in SAP or Siebel.
