Role Overview:

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Client Relations and Sales Specialist, known internally as a Placemaker. In this dynamic role, you will engage with a vibrant team in a lively atmosphere, inspiring collaboration and excellence. Your organizational skills and commitment to outstanding customer service will be essential in creating a welcoming environment that leaves a positive impression on all visitors.

While prior experience in sales and customer service is advantageous, we welcome proactive and self-motivated individuals. With our commitment to continuous learning and development, we will equip you with the necessary training and resources to excel in this position and advance your career.

As a Placemaker, you will discover numerous pathways for growth within Places Leisure, including opportunities to progress to roles such as Assistant Manager and Manager.

We offer ongoing training and development, including specialized learning in Customer Service and Sales through our training partners, along with regular webinars and seminars aimed at enhancing sales performance. Additionally, you will have the chance to develop cross-functional skills in areas such as lifeguarding and swimming instruction.
