Job Title: Factory Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Owen Daniels Consultancy. As a Factory Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory facilities, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the factory facilities are in good working condition, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery.
  • Waste Management: Ensure that all waste and debris are collected and disposed of properly, and that recycling bins are emptied and monitored regularly.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, including sweeping and cleaning floors, and ensuring that all gangways and fire exits are clear and accessible.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a factory-based environment, with a strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in a maintenance or facilities management field, such as a City & Guilds certificate in maintenance or a degree in a related field.
