Client Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to become a part of our Mortgage processing division, within our Mortgage Club.

As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you will thrive in a dynamic, client-centric atmosphere, where your primary focus will be on creating opportunities for mortgage advisors, overseeing incoming lead management, handling renewal processes, and delivering outstanding post-sale assistance to our clientele. You will also have the opportunity to pursue industry-recognized qualifications to enhance your career development.

Key Responsibilities of a Client Engagement Coordinator

Reach out to and manage prospective clients through various communication channels, utilizing our existing CRM systems and other necessary tools. Engage and qualify leads via phone, email, and other communication methods. Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects for future reference. Collaborate with the sales team to support effective lead generation efforts. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines. Work across different business departments and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience Required for a Client Engagement Coordinator

Highly driven and self-motivated. Excellent telephone etiquette, strong relationship-building, and customer service abilities. Capacity to use your initiative and solve problems swiftly and effectively. Exceptional communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal. Proficient in IT (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook).
