We are seeking a composed and results-oriented Office Coordinator to become a vital part of our client's well-established team.

Your contributions will be essential in providing exceptional customer service to clients, necessitating a candidate with outstanding organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.


Position Overview:

Office Coordinator Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Contract Type:
Full-time, permanent, (Monday to Friday, 9am-5:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and distributing staff schedules
  • Managing employee leave and absence requests
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of timesheets
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly payroll
  • Maintaining compliance of staff qualifications (including Health & Safety certifications)
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by drafting job descriptions and shortlisting candidates
  • Assisting with vehicle maintenance coordination
  • Following up on equipment requests
  • Processing and organizing documentation
  • Helping prepare operational reports as needed
  • Facilitating the seamless onboarding of new clients

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a systematic and organized individual with a strong attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
