Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the setup and processing of new patient orders.
  • Establish relationships with key procurement and diabetes care professionals.
  • Deliver effective account management and administrative support for all assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate across teams to communicate account updates and address any concerns.
  • Conduct regular audits of assigned accounts to ensure data accuracy and proper setup.
  • Identify areas for enhancement and implement streamlined processes for improved workflow.
  • Maintain established service level agreements and uphold customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and Dutch is essential, as the role involves working with stakeholders in specific regions.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with various teams and clients.
  • Empathetic approach towards patients and customers.
  • Experience in managing billing and invoicing inquiries.
  • Familiarity with the medical field or knowledge of diabetes is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
