About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team at PortmanDentex. As a key member of our orthodontic practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure seamless communication with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective treatment delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar patient-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
