Your Role:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to become a vital part of our Customer Care Centre (CCC). In this role, you will oversee and manage logistical operations within Customer Services, which includes facilitating the order and return processes for spare parts, managing third-party supplier administration, and maintaining records within our data management systems.

Core working hours are structured between 8 AM to 4 PM and 10 AM to 6 PM on a rotating basis. Flexibility is essential as this role may require extended hours from 8 AM to 8 PM, including weekends, to accommodate business needs. Additional hours worked will be compensated with overtime pay.

This position is a fixed-term contract for a duration of 10 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance for logistical activities at the country level.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the Customer Care Centre to ensure service delivery aligns with established service level agreements.
  • Manage tasks related to third-party logistics and warehousing, including dispatch and return bookings, as well as inventory management.
  • Generate and maintain purchase orders for services provided by third parties and other orders relevant to the Country Logistics operations.
  • Handle invoice administration for payments associated with Country Logistics operations, including instrument movements and the management of returned instruments.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to ownership and accountability for daily responsibilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a keen understanding of customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous, and experience with SAP/Siebel is preferred.
