Clarion Housing is seeking a Residential Scheme Coordinator to oversee our properties at Firwood Court in Camberley. With a positive mindset, you will effectively manage your own responsibilities.


This role is diverse and involves direct interaction with residents, supporting their well-being and autonomy. Although you will work independently, you will receive guidance from your Regional Manager and the Head Office Team, along with assistance from a Training and Support Assistant.


Being organized and capable of multitasking is essential, as you will need to understand building maintenance. Your responsibilities will include managing the property, coordinating repairs and maintenance for communal areas, and overseeing the building's structure. Additionally, you will supervise contractors responsible for annual services such as cleaning, gardening, and window maintenance.


You will excel in communication, fostering strong relationships with residents, contractors, and clients from diverse backgrounds.


As the primary contact for resident inquiries, complaints, and property modifications, you will provide guidance and support, particularly to residents typically aged 60 and above.


A solid understanding of IT is crucial for this role, as you will be required to utilize applications like Outlook and Word.


About the Scheme:


Firwood Court features 29 one and two-bedroom apartments. Communal facilities include a residents' lounge, laundry area, guest room, restroom, and the scheme manager's office. There are also communal gardens and parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
