Key Responsibilities of a Client Engagement Coordinator
  • Engage and manage prospective clients through various communication channels, utilizing our existing CRM systems and additional tools as necessary.
  • Qualify leads through phone conversations, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads and prospects for future outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance effective lead generation strategies.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet set deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills Required for a Client Engagement Coordinator
