Are you a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service?
Clarion Housing is seeking a dedicated Residential Scheme Coordinator to oversee our properties at Firwood Court in Camberley. With a positive mindset, you will effectively manage your responsibilities independently.
This role is diverse and client-facing, aimed at assisting residents in enhancing their quality of life and independence. Although you will work alone, you will receive support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team, as well as a Training and Support Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage building maintenance, including repairs and upkeep of communal areas.
- Supervise contractors responsible for regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and gardening.
- Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries, complaints, and property modifications.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
As the initial point of contact for resident concerns, you will provide guidance and support, particularly for our senior residents, typically aged 60 and above.
A solid understanding of IT is essential, as you will utilize applications like Outlook and Word to perform your duties effectively.
About the Scheme:
Firwood Court features 29 one and two-bedroom apartments, with communal amenities including a residents' lounge, laundry facilities, guest accommodation, and a scheme manager's office. There are also shared garden spaces and parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
