About the Role

Churchill Estates Management is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Local Housing Manager to oversee our retirement development. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our Home Owners, ensuring they enjoy a comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing both the maintenance of the property and providing exceptional service to our Owners. As the primary point of contact on-site, you will build strong relationships with residents, acting as a trusted advisor and friendly neighbor.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Liaising with contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance activities
  • Conducting regular health and safety checks to ensure the well-being of residents
  • Organizing social events and activities to foster a sense of community
  • Managing administrative tasks, including record keeping and correspondence

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in customer service, ideally within a retirement living or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents of diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and creating a positive living experience for our Home Owners
