Independent Living Housing Coordinator

At Accent, we strive to provide a safe, secure, and warm living environment for our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Specialist Housing team as an Independent Living Housing Coordinator.

About the Role:

  • Part-time, 17.5 hours per week
  • Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive housing management service to ensure customers feel safe and supported to live well and independently for as long as possible.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to build a strong community bond.
  • Use communication and organisational skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in line with GDPR regulations.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £16,240 per annum (FTE £32,480) for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post.
  • A choice of pension schemes, including a Defined Benefit Scheme and a Defined Contribution Scheme.
  • 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata excluding bank holidays) per year, rising by 1 day per year up to a maximum of one working week.
  • A Cycle to Work scheme and access to a wide range of internal and external learning resources.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of delivering a quality housing management service within a specialist or generic housing context.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and deal positively with change.
  • Flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel to other schemes if required.
