Visiting Scheme Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the general upkeep of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the structure of the property.
- Oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out communal cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning.
- Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
- Provide advice and support to residents on leasehold enquires, property alterations, and other matters.
- Use applications such as Outlook and Word to manage tasks and communicate with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of building maintenance and management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
