Visiting Scheme Coordinator

Grange Property Management is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to oversee the general management of Firwood Court in Camberley. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing and managing their own workload independently, supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence.
This is a varied and customer-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with people from all backgrounds. The Scheme Manager will be responsible for the general management of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas, as well as overseeing contractors who are on annual contracts.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients. A good standard of IT knowledge and understanding is also an important factor in this role, as the Scheme Manager will be required to use applications such as Outlook and Word.
Firwood Court consists of 29 one and two-bedroom flats, with communal areas including a residents' lounge, laundry room, guest room, WC, and scheme managers' office. The successful candidate will be required to travel across the region as needed and must be eligible to work in the UK.
