Job Title: Visiting Scheme Manager

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the general upkeep of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas.
  • Oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out communal cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning.
  • Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
  • Provide advice and support to residents on leasehold enquires, property alterations, and other matters.
  • Use applications such as Outlook and Word to manage tasks and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of building maintenance and property management.
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel across the region as required.
