Visiting Scheme Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing Group.
About the Role:
The Visiting Scheme Manager will be responsible for providing high-quality support to residents in maintaining their well-being and independence. This will involve prioritizing and managing workload independently, working closely with residents, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the general maintenance of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the structure of the property.
- Oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out communal cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning.
- Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager and Head Office Team to ensure effective communication and support.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who is customer-focused, confident, and logical with excellent communication skills. You will have a good understanding of building maintenance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have a good standard of IT knowledge and understanding, including proficiency in applications such as Outlook and Word.
